Care Conference Meetings

Regular opportunities to meet with nurse management team, therapists, dietary, activities, and physicians to discuss your loved one’s care plan. These are scheduled upon admission, quarterly, and as needed.

Family Lounge Areas

Comfortable spaces for family visits with a peaceful atmosphere. Our family dining room can be reserved for your family get-togethers and celebrations.

Family Support Groups

We encourage families to form a family council, where you can share experiences, ask questions, support each other, and provide input for improvement other during this journey.

Special Events

Holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and seasonal events where families are encouraged to join.

Staying Connected

Even when you can’t visit in person, there are many ways to stay connected with your loved one and their care team.

Phone Calls

Residents are encouraged to bring personal cell phones. Your loved one will also have access to a cordless phone, available at any time.

Video Calls

Schedule video visits when distance prevents in-person time.

Care Conferences

Join scheduled care conference meetings in person or by phone.
