From the frontline Member Service Representatives to our Loan Officers, to our back-office support and everyone in between &#8211; we have the knowledge and skills to support you in reaching your financial goals.<\/p>\n<p>The Credit Union Financial Counseling Certification Program offered through America&#8217;s Credit Unions requires studying, reading, taking quizzes, and attending webinars over the course of several weeks. A passing grade on a final proctored exam is required to become certified. Re-certification is required every 3 years to ensure the most up-to-date knowledge is maintained.<\/p>\n<p>The knowledge and skills gained during this certification program help us continuously work towards our purpose: to support the people in our communities; to encourage their learning and understanding of their unique financial situations and provide tools for our members to reach their dreams.<\/p>\n<h2>Knowledge and Tools<\/h2>\n<p>Combining our tools with the knowledge of our team gives our members peace of mind and excitement in trusting us to be their full-service financial institution.
