This is the future of banking!<\/p>\n<p>ITM stands for Interactive Teller Machine. It functions similarly to an ATM, but now you&#8217;ll be able to speak with a live NorthRidge Member Service Representative without getting out of your car! Think of the ITM as the new drive throughs. Almost any transaction that you would complete inside the branch, you can now do inside your car at an ITM with our Virtual Member Service Representatives. You can also use the ITM the same way you would use an ATM if you do not need to speak to a Member Service Representative. Think of these machines as a new and improved ATM, with the additional option of having a real person inside via live video chat! This gives you the opportunity to do even more transactions from inside your vehicle at the drive through. Even outside of business hours (when a live video chat is unavailable), you&#8217;ll still have more transactional options than with regular ATMs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">How do I use the ITM?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The ITM will function similarly to any touch-screen ATM you may have used before, but with more options. You can still complete a simple withdrawal by inserting your card and receiving cash (cash will be available in a variety of denominations of bills!). You can also make a loan payment, deposit a check, start a loan application, speak with a live NorthRidge Member Service Representative and more!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">Are you replacing your staff with machines?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nope! We created and staffed a whole new department of Virtual Member Service Representatives to service our members at the ITMs. Adding ITMs to our fleet of services is creating MORE jobs!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">Can I still go inside the branch to talk to someone?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Of course! We are not replacing any service or staff by adding ITMs. We are adding additional services. Our branches will still have the same staffed hours as always!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-4\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\">Can I deposit a check and access the funds immediately?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-4\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\tThis is a two-part answer, because on one hand &#8211; YES, usually! On the other hand, sometimes no.<br \/>\nThere are two ways to deposit checks at our new ITMs and they function very differently, so read carefully!\n<p>When making a check deposit with the ITM function (as in, you <em>are<\/em> speaking to a live teller), your check will usually be available right away, this is <strong>the same<\/strong> as walking into the branch! Remember, the ITM is the new drive-through, you are speaking with our team in real-time once you touch the screen!<\/p>\n<p>When making a check deposit with the ATM function (as in, you are <em>not<\/em> speaking to a live teller), <strong>your check can be held for up to 3 business days <\/strong>based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/nrccu.org\/resources\/about-us\/notices-disclosures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">electronic deposit funds available policy<\/a>.
