Mobile Check Deposit<\/h2>\n

The NorthRidge mobile app allows members to deposit checks any time using their smart phone camera and the app. If you don’t have the app, download it now in the App Store (Apple)<\/a> or Google Play (Android)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Before you begin, there are three important things to note:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Only personal and corporate checks drawn on U.S. financial intuitions made out to you, the member, will be allowed. This means no foreign checks or third party checks will be accepted.<\/li>\n
  2. A special endorsement is also required for deposit. When you sign the check, you must also write “For Remote Deposit Only at NorthRidge” underneath your signature.<\/li>\n
  3. Deposits made through this system will have a hold of three business days placed on them. This hold starts when the deposit is approved by NorthRidge, not when the deposit is initially made.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you want confirmation of your deposits via text:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Sign up for text alerts on the Home Banking website under Self-Service > Registered Mobile Alert Number.<\/p>\n

    How to Make a Mobile Deposit:<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\tStep 1<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    With the mobile app on your phone, sign into your mobile account and tap the menu button.<\/p>\n

    \"Screen<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tStep 2<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    Tap “Deposit” located underneath TRANSACTIONS. A disclosure page will appear that you will need to scroll through and click “I’ve Read and Agree.”<\/p>\n

    Enter the exact amount of your check you are depositing in the Amount box, and then choose the Account you wish to deposit the funds into by clicking “Choose.”<\/p>\n

    Take a photo of the Front side of your check by clicking Front.<\/p>\n
